Administrative offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through
Friday. You can reach Nassau Coliseum representatives during this

There are two ATM locations in the Nassau Coliseum. One is located
to the right of the escalators in the Box Office Lobby and the
other is across from Gate 10 on the concourse.
For most events, children that have not yet celebrated their 2nd
birthday do not require a ticket to enter the Nassau Coliseum.
The child must sit on an adult’s lap during the event without
obstructing the view of any other guests. Please be advised that
some family shows require children 1 year old and up to have a
ticket for entry. For further information regarding age policy
for specific events please call 516-794-9300 or check the Ticketmaster
website.
Baby changing stations are located in various restrooms for your
convenience.For information regarding event cancellations and postponements
refer to your point of purchase as well as checking local newspaper,
television, and radio outlets. For additional questions call 516-794-9300

Non-professional cameras are allowed for most events. Video recorders
or any camera deemed to be professional are prohibited. For event
specific information you can reach a Nassau Coliseum representative
at 516-794-9300. Please check with Nassau Coliseum or Ticketmaster
in advance via phone or online for the specific camera/video/audio
equipment policy of the event that you are attending.
Complaints regarding the provision of services to patrons should
be directed to Customer Relations. The venue will make all reasonable
efforts to resolve complaints informally. If a guest wishes that
a complaint be investigated further, please submit the complaint
in writing to the Nassau Coliseum address, attention: Customer
Relations or via e-mail to coliseumconnection@nassaucoliseum.com.
Customers with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments that need
accommodation are directed to contact our ADA Seating Administrator,
Jackie Pribyl, at 516-794-9300 x 179; or via e-mail at: jpribyl@nassaucoliseum.com.
Ms. Pribyl will advise regarding available accessible seating
and relevant pricing for all events. To sit in a wheelchair during
an event, tickets must be purchased for one of our "H" sections.
Other sections cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Up to (2) two companion
seats may be purchased to accompany each guest in a wheelchair
accessible seat. Tickets for our H sections are sold on a first
come, first served basis to customers who specifically request
accommodation for a wheelchair. When all available wheelchair
accessible seating is sold out, we will be unable to accommodate
further guests seeking wheelchair accessible seating. Any guest
needing assistance upon arrival should proceed to the Guest Services
Desk, next to the box office in the main lobby and ask for an
Event Representative, who can provide assistance. The Nassau Veterans
Memorial Coliseum is committed to complying with the Americans
with Disabilities Act and all relevant state and local laws. Guests
who are determined to have improperly purchased seating designated
for disabled guests may be removed from the event without refund.
Located in the Lower Lobby, Doolin's
Pub, Backstage
Cafe & Bohemian
Club are open 90 minutes prior to events and close one hour
after the event ends. You must have an event ticket to enter the
lower lobby. Doolin's
Pub is a family-oriented sports bar, with over 15 hi-definition,
flat-screen plasma televisions, so you never have to miss a game.
Modeled after a traditional Irish pub, Doolin's
Pub serves traditional American fare and special kids menu
items that are available at each event. Guests 21+ and over will
find a variety of craft beers including Guinness and local Blue
Point brews. Enter another world in our Bohemian
Club, modeled after a high-end Manhattan lounge. Bohemian
Club features an impressive list of imported specialty liquor,
wine & beer. The menu's exotic fare, complements the extensive
spirit list and is served throughout the event. The newly opened
Backstage
Cafe displays some of the coolest rock 'n roll memorabilia
around with a menu this is perfect for pre-show meals with family
& friends. For catering, private parties or corporate room

telephone number on your organization’s letterhead. Submission
of request does not guarantee its fulfillment. Charitable organizations
are encouraged to e-mail the venue at coliseumconnection@nassaucoliseum.com
in advance of submitting the request and to follow up on the request
after it has been received.
For dropping off or picking up ticketed guests prior to, or after
an event, you may do so only by entering through the Earle Ovington
Boulevard entrance, opposite Hofstra University, on the West side
of the venue. Security will show you where to pick up / drop off.
Admission into the parking lots is not allowed for drop off /
pick up. If you arrive during an event, you must pay to park to
enter the parking field. If you are coming during an event to
buy tickets to another event, you must pay to park and can then
be reimbursed at the box office window by the ticket seller with
your parking receipt.
Elevators in the Nassau Coliseum are located between Gates 1 and
20 on the main concourse. Elevator 2 is located between Gates
15 and 16 to the main concourse. If you require the use of an
elevator, please proceed to the Gust Services Desk when you arrive
and ask for an Event Representative to assist you.
Escalators are located in the middle of the Box Office lobby and
can be taken down to reach Doolin's Pub, Bohemian Club and Backstage
Cafe as well as additional concession stands, restrooms and for
general access to the lower lobby and Expo Center.
THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY. Ticketed guests are not
allowed to leave the Nassau Coliseum and return on the same ticket.
Once your ticket has been scanned and you have entered the arena
concourse yo may not leave and re-enter under any circumstances.
The First Aid Station is located on the main concourse next to
security at Gate 5. There are emergency medical technicians present
during all Nassau Coliseum events.
Outside food and beverage is NOT permitted in Nassau Coliseum.
Guests with food allergies and / or special medical dietary needs,
will be allowed to bring non-branded food items and one (1) unopened
bottle of water into the venue. Please check in with guest services
upon arrival to alert us of your condition.
The Guest Services Booth is located on the main concourse level
in the Box Office Lobby. This area is staffed with knowledgeable
Event Representatives who will be able to assist you with questions
and concerns as well as dispense literature pertaining to upcoming
events.

If you notice a lost child or your child is lost
please contact a Security Guard, Usher or a Nassau Coliseum employee
immediately for assistance.
If
you lose your tickets and require them to be re-printed, there
will be a charge of $5 per ticket for this service.
Parking fees are $7 for cars and $14 for buses. *Prices subject
to change.
Food and beverage, large oversized bags or backpacks, strollers,
weapons or projectiles, video recorders, any camera deemed to
be professional and laser pointers are not allowed in Nassau Coliseum.
Please note that Security will search all bags and persons upon
entry.
Public telephones are located in the Box Office Lobby and on the
main concourse.
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES (except for an event cancellation).
There are public restrooms conveniently located throughout the
Nassau Coliseum concourse and in the lower lobby. Additional restrooms
have been added outside the Nassau Coliseum at Gates 1 and 16.
A family restroom can be found at First Aid near Gate 5.
Nassau Coliseum wants to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable
experience at Nassau Coliseum. Security representatives will be
positioned throughout the Nassau Coliseum as well as walking the
concourse. The Main Security Desk is located at Gate 5. Should
you require assistance, please contact the nearest Security Guard
or Nassau Coliseum representative.
Federal laws prohibit smoking throughout the Nassau Coliseum.
Violators will be ejected from the Nassau Coliseum immediately.
For your convenience, smoking areas are set up outside the Nassau
Coliseum for most events at Gates 1 and 16 as well as the Outdoor
Pavillions.
Please note that line-ups are subject to change for all events
without warning.
All guests will be wanded upon entry. If you have medical
reasons that prevent you from being wanded, please proceed to
the Guest Service Desk when you arrive and ask for an Usher Supervisor.

All Guests picking up tickets at will call must present a valid
photo ID and the credit card they used to purchase the tickets.
The name listed on the ticket envelope must match the name on
the ID. If tickets were ordered through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone,
they may be picked up at the Will Call window with a valid ID
and the Ticketmaster confirmation number. To change the name on
a will call order, you must call Ticketmaster directly to add
an alternate pickup name.
